Jim Snyder has been in the lending industry since 1988 and with Inlanta Mortgage since 1995. He currently owns/operates the Pewaukee branch. Jim specializes in all aspects of residential financing of 1-4 family homes. He offers Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, WHEDA, and Reverse Mortgages. The loans can be on a primary residence, second home or 1-4 unit investment property. Jim's philosophy is working to educate his clients on the process, show them the loan options that are available to them and help them make a decision on what product would be best for them based on their personal goals.
