John Shanley - Processing Manager

John is our Processing Manager, but is more aptly titled a "Pre-Underwriter" for the Shanley Team. John has been a teammate with Don Shanley in the Mortgage Industry going on 9 years. John has a photographic memory for loan guidelines and is constantly helping find ways for loans to work within those guidelines. He is extremely efficient at his job and knows how to help the Inlanta Mortgage Underwriters have the easiest files to underwrite once he submits them. While Marena is called "Wonder Woman", John is frequently called "Super Man"! He is the glue for our team as he can look at a file before an approval letter is issued to determine if there are any items on the file that need clarification before they become a roadblock.

We take our approval letters very seriously at The Shanley Team. We do this because we know that sellers take homes off the market when they receive an approval letter, buyers get their hopes up or make plans to relocate, and we realize that an approval letter sets this all in motion. Because of his extensive skills and dedication, John makes sure our approval letters are as "Good as Gold".

John and his incredible wife Hollee are parents to two beautiful daughters. They are active leaders at Genesis Church in Noblesville as well as Hilltop Sports where John plays softball, flag football, and co-ed volleyball with his wife.
